According to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , the car's throttle got stuck open and ran over a judge, Vic Cunnyngham, who's in serious but not life-threatening condition, before running into the entrance.

Why do they even drive them indoors? Exhaust inhalation aside, wouldn't stuff like this be a liability?
